1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings made through Click Andaman Online portal are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as outlined during the booking process.
  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is successfully completed, providing all relevant details for your trip.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit as specified during the booking process must be made to secure your reservation.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or any other authorized payment method available on our platform.
  • The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid prior to the commencement of the tour, according to the due date mentioned in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 10% fee of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 25% fee of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.

4. Amendment Policy

  • Changes to booking dates, tour itineraries, or guest details may be allowed depending on availability and are subject to a fee.
  • All amendments must be requested in writing or through our customer service portal at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
  • Amendments are subject to approval and may incur additional charges, which will be communicated during the amendment process.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations or amendments will be processed within 10-14 business days after the request is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be provided at our discretion, excluding any administrative and service charges.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Click Andaman recommends all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.
  • The portal does not offer travel insurance, but our customer service team can assist in guiding you to suitable providers.

7. Special Requests

  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance) must be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment.

8. Liability

  • Click Andaman acts as a booking agent for various suppliers and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by the suppliers or service providers.
  • Travelers are responsible for checking the validity of their travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other necessary permits.
