At Click Andaman, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy aims to ensure a fair balance between our customers’ needs and our partners’ requirements. Please carefully review the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

1. Tour Packages

A. Cancellations Made by the Customer:

  • Cancellation before 30 days of travel: 10% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days of travel: 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 15 days of travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of travel: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (no refund).

B. No Show:

  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in 100% of the total booking cost being charged as a no-show fee.

C. Changes to Booking:

  • Any changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying services, must be communicated at least 15 days before the travel date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Ferry and Transfer Bookings

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before departure: 10% of the ferry/transfer cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the ferry/transfer cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of departure: 100% of the ferry/transfer cost will be charged.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation before 30 days of check-in: 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days of check-in: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 15 days of check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.), cancellations may not be subject to the standard policy. We will attempt to offer alternatives or reschedule bookings, but refunds are not guaranteed.
