1. General Refund Guidelines

- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific travel service provider (hotel, ferry, airline, etc.) and Click Andaman Online’s terms.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the request approval.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Tour Packages:
- If canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled travel date: 100% refund (minus applicable transaction fees)
- If canceled 15–29 days prior to the travel date: 50% refund
- If canceled within 14 days of the travel date: No refund.
Ferry & Cruise Tickets:
- Cancellations made 10 days prior to the travel date: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before travel: Non-refundable.
Hotel Bookings:
- Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy and may vary. Kindly review the individual hotel's policy at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by Click Andaman Online
In the unlikely event that Click Andaman Online cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Any additional compensation will be based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as promotional offers, last-minute deals, or exclusive packages may be non-refundable. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of each booking.

- No refund is applicable for failure to show up or no-shows on the scheduled travel date.
