Payment Policy – Click Andaman

At Click Andaman, we strive to make your booking experience simple, safe, and transparent. Please read our payment policy carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

1. Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Net Banking from all major banks
  • UPI Payment
  • Wallets (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer (available upon request)

2. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment for Confirmation: All bookings must be fully paid in advance to confirm your reservations. Partial payments will not secure your booking.
  • Payment Deadline: The full amount must be settled within 24 hours after receiving the payment link or invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Late Payment: In case of late payment, booking availability is subject to change, and additional charges may apply.

3. Security of Transactions

All payments made through our portal are processed via secure payment gateways using encryption technology. We ensure 100% safe and secure transactions.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tour Packages: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on refund eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Ferry Tickets & Hotel Bookings: Cancellation fees may apply as per the respective service provider's policy. Refunds for such cancellations will be governed by their terms and conditions.

5. Transaction Fees

Any bank or payment gateway fees associated with the transaction are the responsibility of the customer and will be reflected in the final payable amount.

6. Currency

All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, the conversion charges or foreign exchange fees, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

7. Invoice

A detailed invoice will be sent to your registered email after successful payment. This invoice serves as your confirmation of payment.

8. Payment Disputes

In case of any payment disputes or unauthorized transactions, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction. We will assist in resolving the issue in coordination with our payment gateway.

9. Booking Amendments

Any amendments to your booking after payment will be subject to additional charges based on the changes requested and the service provider's policy.
